BOOKS READ IN NOVEMBER

November went by in a blink. I also lost a week making our Thanksgiving journey. I read a few long books and there you go. The stats are low.

Stats: 7 books read. 4 by women. 1 translated. 1 children's book. 1 speculative.
Favorites: Kafka on the Shore, The Golden Notebook, and The Gap of Time. I did not have a least favorite so that is one good stat!

How did your November reading go?

  1. I'm curious to what you thought of The Golden Notebook. I have passed over it in all my years. Accessible? Feminist manifesto? Important? what?

    1. Stay tuned. Review coming in a day or two! It was important to me.

  2. I'm updating my TBR list to include some of your November books. I also read seven in November and there wasn't a bad one among them, but if pressed for a favorite, it would probably be Isabel Allende's The Japanese Lover.

    1. I just finished The Japanese Lover the other day and discussed it at a reading group last night. I loved it. She never lets me down! Which of my November books did you add?

  3. My favorite review of your November's readings was Kafka On the Shore. I put it on my wishlist.
