OCTOBER READING GROUP UPDATE

Oh my, the way disturbing events can interrupt my blog schedule. My reading group line-up is huge this month and I have a feeling these books are going to save me. It could be that reading groups are my support group. I have already read A Legacy of Spies and it was great. I am well into Edgar and Lucy, also great. I love it when I want to read every book that was picked for the month.

Are you in a reading group yet? If yes, what are you reading in October? If not, what book are you dying to discuss with at least another person?

  1. A great line-up of books this month! I have read a few of Lisa See's books but not that one, so I'll be interested to know what you think of it.

    1. The Tea Girl is Lisa See's latest. You will read my thoughts on it before too long.

  3. Oh Great, you are getting to Behold the Dreamers, thumbs up on that. Glad to hear the le Carre book is great -- on the wait list for it (for the hub). I guess my two next reads: History of Wolves and The Child Finder might have some issues worth discussing. I will let you know. Enjoy your groups!

  4. I'll be interested to hear what you think of the Horowitz book. I generally enjoy his writing and this one is sort of on the edge of my TBR list now.

  6. Looks like a lot of great books are on your reading list this month!!

I have Edgar and Lucy on my ever growing reading wishlist... And I had the wonderful opportunity of hearing Lisa See speak earlier this year about her novel, The Girl On Hummingbird Lane, but have yet to read it. So, many books to read, so little time it seems to read them all!
