I felt ...You have an interesting take on this book. I felt that Erdrich's plot was a bit sketchy and had some significant holes and, for that reason, I found it hard to really get into the story she was telling. But her use of language always gets me and I'll read anything she writes. Even bad Erdrich (if there is such a thing) is better than most of what is published these days.
